Return Policy

As per current guidelines, we are unable to accept products for which the primary packaging (unit box) has been opened.    Products which remain in unopened primary packaging can be returned or exchanged.

If the purpose was wrongfully shipped product, please contact us so that we may arrange to have the product returned to our facility.  Please leave the wrongfully received products packaging unopened if possible and do not use the products. Please provide us with your order or invoice number, and with the product codes (or description) and number of products that you want to return. We will take the products back and reimburse you within 30 days.

Product returned for any other reason, the purchaser will be responsible for return shipping costs,; only products in unopened primary packaging will be received back at our facility.  Please provide us with your order or invoice number, and with the product codes (or description) and number of products that you want to return.  Costs for collecting the products or sending the products back are for your own account.

Damaged Products

In case your received products that have been damaged please contact customer service by email ([email protected]) or by phone (+1 604 269 3490) within the following business day.

Please provide us with your order or invoice number, and with products code (or description) and number of products that are missing or damaged. We will replace the damaged or missing and ship it to you at the earliest possibility.

Please leave the products packaging unopened if possible and do not use the products. We will have the damaged items picked up, or we will kindly ask you to send the items back and reimburse you.
